Our team is eager, knowledgeable and highly committed to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable youth in the English-speaking Caribbean.

CMETT was created out of a need for an innovative and pioneering program to impact and transform vulnerable youth in the English-speaking Caribbean.  

  CMETT aims to introduce vulnerable youth in the English-speaking Caribbean to transformative travel opportunities, mentorship and life coaching in hopes that it will inspire change, empower their abilities and desire to succeed and help them to engage others in their community.
